Who is within the working hours?
Schedule adherence compares activity with the company, team or personal hours you set.
Workforce activity for South African teams
Mycroscope keeps a record of computer time, apps and websites for people who have acknowledged the monitoring notice. Managers then see goals, workload, schedules and written reports built from those figures.
Free for up to 3 people. Paid plans are billed once a year in rand, before 15% VAT. No screen photographs.
The figures come from the desktop app on each computer, not from a guess about how busy a team feels.
Schedule adherence compares activity with the company, team or personal hours you set.
App and website totals show which tools took the most active time in the period you choose.
Workload compares productive time with each person’s daily goal. Capacity turns a team gap into hours.
On the Workforce plan, office-day reports compare declared work location with the rule you set.
The same plan can list known AI tools, who used them, and whether that use is approved.
Productivity Optimization writes a report from the stored figures and can include the same charts in a PDF.
Each paid plan adds to the one below it. Prices are per seat, per month, and you choose how many seats to buy for the year.

Example app totals for one week.
The owner registers the organisation, chooses a plan, and invites people with an activation code. The desktop app also asks for the company install key.
Employees acknowledge the monitoring notice before recording follows the company’s rules. The notice states what is collected and how long it is kept.
Managers use the dashboard, insights and exports. Employees can open their own activity. Operators who support the platform cannot read customer activity.
The installer is the desktop agent. People sign in after the company has given them an activation code and the install key.

The monthly price times 12, times the seats you buy, plus VAT.
On the goal, under it, or over it.
No. It records activity such as the app, the website, and active or idle time, according to the settings the company publishes in the notice.
The monthly price is before VAT. At checkout you choose how many seats to buy. The card payment is that price times 12, times those seats, plus 15% VAT when VAT is on. A seat added later has its own year and its own end date.
Up to 3 people and 30 days of activity. Live status, teams, goals and the paid reports stay hidden rather than showing empty placeholders.
